Prayer Ministry

The Word of God commands us in Philippians 4:6-7 to not worry, but to instead lift up every concern to the Lord in prayer. When we do this, we are promised a peace that surpasses human understanding.  Capital Community Church is committed to prayer.

Prayer is an exciting component of the Christian life and this includes interceding for the concerns that affect us as individuals. Isaiah 61:1-5 encourages us as a body of believers to minister to those who are hurting, whether it is emotionally, spiritually or physically. It is our desire at Capital Community Church to pray for those who are in such a crisis.

God has also called us to lift one another up in prayer, including Capital Community Church, its Pastoral Staff, volunteers, as well as our government and missionaries abroad.

You can communicate prayer needs to the CCC family by emailing the church at info@capitalcommunity.org.  A daily prayer email will be composed and sent to the Pastoral Staff and prayer partners around 2:00 PM each day.  If you have an emergency, please call the church office.

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.  Romans 12:10 - 12
