In this small group you will learn navigation techniques, shortcuts, and basic strategies for completing a professional Microsoft Excel worksheet and workbook. You will also learn how to use many of the tools available in the Microsoft toolbar and how to insert simple formulas for easy calculation.
Requirement: Please bring your laptops if you wish to have a hands-on training experience. I will project my laptop on the screen in front of the classroom for those who do not have their own laptop. Limit - 8

This small group will help you make five decisions and break the fat habit for good. With God's help and using Chantel Hobbs book, "Never Say Diet", we will end the diet drama once and for all. This approach will reverse past failures, build your confidence and create a passion for fitness. Each session will include discussion from the book along with resistance bands training and abs workout. There will be great rewards for the biggest loser.
Requirments: Limited to the first 10 ladies! Cost includes book and nutritious foods but each participant must bring their own resistance band.
