He is a dynamic speaker who was dedicated to the Lord before birth by his praying mother. She gave him back to the Lord like Hannah did to Samuel saying “If you give me a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life." At the age of nine, Dr. Jeffers was baptized in Jesus Name and the Lord filled him with the Holy Ghost. By the age of 12, he spoke his first sermon and by age 14 he was speaking regularly.

Dr. Jeffers graduated from Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School and the Lord led him on to Bible College. He received his Doctorate in Christian Counseling from the University of Biblical Studies in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Dr. Jeffers is truly an anointed preacher led by the Spirit. He is an international evangelist who has been commissioned to preach the mind of God to His people.
